Below is a listing of popular local MTB trails between Burlington and Greensboro, NC.
- Lake Cammack: Burlington's newest lake, marina and MTB trail.
- Lake Macintosh: Singletrack trail and marina in Burlington

Bur-Mil Park: These Greensboro trails include Owl's Roost, Big Loop, Little Loop and the Lake Brandt Greenway.

Northeast Park Trails: Located in Gibsonville, Trail can be ridden both directions; real fast sweet single track

Bald Eagle Loop & Trail: Trail heads are located at Hamburg Mill road.
