Below is a brief listing of the more popular road riding routes we use in and around the county.


Road Routes

Rural Routes: are our day time road rides and usually takes us out into the country where the roads are not as busy.

City Lights at Night: denotes road rides where we typically stay around town and ride at night with our lights on.  It forms part of our winter schedule.

 


Mountainbike (MTB) Trails

Below is a listing of popular local MTB trails between Burlington and Greensboro, NC.

  • Lake Cammack: Burlington's newest lake, marina and MTB trail.
  • Lake Macintosh: Singletrack trail and marina in Burlington
  • Bur-Mil Park: These Greensboro trails include Owl's Roost, Big Loop, Little Loop and the Lake Brandt Greenway.
  • Northeast Park Trails: Located in Gibsonville, Trail can be ridden both directions; real fast sweet single track
  • Bald Eagle Loop & Trail: Trail heads are located at Hamburg Mill road.
  • Reedy Fork Trail: Trail head is on the eastern side of Lake Brandt Rd.
  • Country Park Trails: Country Park has the 5 mile Copperhead trail and "The Zone" freeride bike course.
  • Hagan Stone Park Trails: Located in Pleasant Garden, Hagan Stone has more than six miles of unpaved trails.
  • Wild Turkey Trail: Greensboro's newest trail addition starting from Lake Brandt Marina & 4.5 miles of single track sweetness
