Hey y'all watch this! Hang on tight, this one's going pretty quick. Our "A" group riders and race team have designated Tuesdays and Thursdays as trianing nights. We focus on skill building and technique at speed. If you are considering this ride, please note that it is NOT a no-drop ride. Our targeted training will work on periodization, interval training, hill climbing, sprint training and endurance. We generally average 19+mph per 20-30 mile ride and start from the Fat Frogg in Elon. Eat well, hydrate well and we would love to have you join us in one of our training sessions.
